- Good attendance for first year with nearly 300 people

- Partnership program was good for added funding, buy-in, and attendance
- All Star Awards was good for attracting people who might not otherwise attend
- Timing and flow of the day was superior
- Speakers were top notch, good presenters with quality, timely, and inspiring messages
- Venue was good in regards to location, size, parking, and layout
- Food was great and was a good tie in to overall message and theme
- Printed materials were attractive, professional, effective and efficient
- Power point and the technology went smoothly (other than audio)
- Providing transportation was a good idea, very popular for Sonoma County
- Getting specific commitments from participants was good
